Es gefällt mir, dass ich jedes Mal etwas Neues entdecke, wenn ich bei Dir stöbern komme. Die Art, wie Du Stimmungen festhalten kannst, in einer Art und Weise, wie das keine Kamera kann, das ist unvergleichbar.

Das ist schon bald so, als würde man auf den Lichtpartikeln mit reisen. Man wünscht sich, das mal selbst zu sehen, diese Wege lang zu gehen. Die Luft, die man atmen könnte, sieht man in Deinen Bildern!

Der Wald ist ca. 5km lang und schuetzt das Hinterland vor Taifunen, die ab und zu kommen. Die Kueste and der der Wald liegt, ist wie ein grosser Bogen und daher wird der Wald "Nijinomatsubara" (Regenbogenkiefernwald) genannt.
Ich war jetzt schon fast ein halbes Jahr nicht mehr da... leider... aber jetzt soll es da Trueffel und Reizger geben. Da wollen wir mal gucken und sammeln gehen

We love to go there and take walks a couple of times each month. In Autumn you can even pick mushrooms there.

Karatsu is just about 50 km from here. So we sometimes go there at the weekends and take a walk in this pine-grove.

Danke... den Wald gibt es tatsaechlich... es ist ein kuenstlich angelegter Pinienhain, der im Mittelalter von einem Shogun als Schutz gegen Wind und Typoone angelegt wurde, um das Dorf Karatsu zu schuetzen. Ist echt wunderschoen dort.

Thank you so much... That place really exists and the path ends at the beach, where you have a look at some islands. I looked at several photos, took several walks through that place and then I put away everything and started painting the shapes and structures out of my imagination. It's the way, I mostly work. I'm actually really terrible, when I need to stick 100% to references. I need to let my mind "go"

well I think you draw from memories and imagination
very well

I think really thats the therapy with art
to let our minds explore our emotions of a place
and craft our version of the reality
Rather the trying to work to reality..I know sometimes for somethings you have to... but me imagination's the go..

I think you really brought a beauty all its own to this one
but so lovely to have the reality as the inspiration and to get so close to it in ways, judging by a comment I read a bit later

At the end of the path would be the beach. That place is called Nijinomatsubara, which means rainbow-pine-beach. The pines were planted back in the middle ages to protect the village Karatsu from typoons and wind. The pines there really look magical and I always wanted to paint them. You can even find truffle there.
