Oh, I started using a program named Fire Alpaca and another method I use is just doing separate frames by drawing them out in bits and pieces with my SAI ;v; Then I use Photoscape to make small gifs and Photoshop for bigger ones :'D

The tears are too fast and their weight seems off. Like her tears would be bigger as she closes her eyes because she it pushing all of them out and down. Does that make any sense?
