I like it and I love your stuff by the way. I have drawn them all in my gallery, credited and linked too your site, hope you pay me a visit
Keep up the amazing work!!!

I hear that comparison with Pimenta's Antares all the time, already twice today, as a matter of fact. Pimenta's design was probably the first design with a secondary hull extending from the back of the primary hull, a feature my ship shares. But I think the resemblance doesn't go much further than that.

Well that aside, your work has to been some of the best around. I even use you design rules, is there any plans to expand on the uss Capella?

I've had that ship finished for years; it the mean time, it's even been used as a ship in a Trek paperback. But I find writing the article is always the hard part. When I write a ship article, I have to find a "hook" for the story, but I've not found one that I really like. But, as they say, "perfect is the enemy is good," so I should just bang out the article and be done with it. It's the next thing on my list of stuff to finish. So, fingers crossed.

Interesting departure from the usual Federation look. I like the look but I'm not sure about having the winglets so close to the dish shuttlebays and by the way, your link to the museum is broken.

The shuttle bays aren't a problem, I think. Unlike what's shown in Star Trek V (*shudder*), shuttlecraft likely have a very low approach speed and an automated landing. So, I think that shuttle craft would have problem threading this particular needle.

Regarding the link, the closing parenthesis is being added to the URL for some reason. Other than that, the link should be OK.

Thomas Pemberton is already working on a model, but the more the merrier.

I like this.  It looks pretty realistic as well as it keeps with the style of the 1960's Star Trek vision of starship designs.

The winglets are sensor panels. They're on a U-joint, so can be oriented in any direction.

Pretty cool ship. I love the winglets. What would be their purpose in fiction?
