I still have all the receipts for all the merchandise I bought there, so if anyone wants to know, how much I spent on all this PVC, be my guest XD

Thanks :3 I noticed you have the same Kawasumi Mai figure as me. I am interested to know how you got that one. I found it nearly impossible to find any Kanon merchandise in Akihabara or anywhere else. Finding that Mai figure was really lucky, and it came at a fair price. I guess finding Kanon merchandise is so difficult because the series ended airing 5 years ago or so.

I really wanted to get one of Kurata Sayuri, but my efforts have proven fruitless on that front.

Well, male characters that I did find interesting, such as Alucard were simply not on sale. I did consider collecting all members of the ginyu force, however, but my plans were cut short on that front. Besides, there is a limit as to how many figures you can fit in your luggage.

Yeah, problems is that in all the shops in Japan that sells this stuff, there really are only two big trends; robots and cute girls. I chose to collect the latter as you can see XD

It's a shame how they don't cater to everyone :<, there are female otaku in Japan too T_T.

Well, I have been to Otome Road in Ikebukero, a place famed for its gathering of female otaku and fujoshi. Sure enough, there is an overwhelming number of female clientelle. There are a number of shops which specialize in catering to fujoshi, however, many of the other shops there don't appear to have a much different inventory than the stores in Akihabara. For instance, Animate has its flag ship store in Ikebukero, but the inventory is not much different from that in Akihabara.
