One of the few evenings on my recent trip to Iceland and Norway where we actually had some interesting light and clouds. This image was shot from the town of Henningsvaer in the Lofoten Islands in Northern Norway.

We had a nice sunset (at about 11:30PM) that had some nice soft light and clouds that were hugging the peaks of the mountains, which created some really dramatic scenes like this one.

Due to the weather most of the time, I got a lot of use out of my new-ish 100-400 lens, and this image wouldn't have been possible without it, as it was shot at 400mm. Been fun discovering some good landscape uses out of such a long telephoto lens.
