Neat pose.
I echo the comments about the tail being off. This looks like its supposed to be in the shallows with the head & torso out of the water but the tail slightly under the water. But the tail, especially the fin, look oddly on the water.

good work as always, i like the ripple effect to make it look more like its underwater, its perfect ^^
the one thing i would say would make it look better with those fins you always use if you faded them out towards the end of the fins so theyre all translcucent-like. the white it in them looks kinda strange.
but thats no biggie. good work ^-^

The model is cute, but I think you've done better ones where the tail better merges into the water. The overlay is matching very poorly.
Cleaned up, it'd be a great piece.
