I was working on this costume up until the very last day before the con. I love Caska though and Berserk is my all time favorite series so I've wanted to cosplay her ever since I first watched the anime.
This is my second attempt at making armor. I'm learning as I go and get A LOT of help from gundammrw.
Everything is made by me except the brown leggings and the wig. The sword was bought also, but severly modified. I'm most proud of the gloves, which I just kind of looked up a regular glove pattern online and guessed after that. The gloves had to be entirely hand sewn, so that was fun >.<
P.S: excuse the placement of the broach. It broke off the pin after 5 minutes of wear and I had nothing to stick it back on with....except gum...which I now have to scrape off my armor >.<

Hello! I love your cosplay!! What kind of material did you use for your armor? I used foam for mine and it looks awful, I want to remake it.

Hi there! My armor is made of craft foam as well. It was quite the process though. The foam is heat shaped and backed with wire as a "skeleton" support structure. Then the foam is layered with wood glue as a sealent and finally it is all spray painted and weathering details were added with black acrylic paint. Hope that helps!

the armor is made out of craft foam. A lot of the process was trial and error, but it's basically just craft foam sealed with modge podge.

The sword is actually wood and spray painted with chrome silver.
