Yeah, I'm still pretty much trying to recover from the collateral damage of Akira Toriyama's passing, lol... but can you really blame me?

Anyways, in terms of artwork, I just wanted to pay more homage to the, so here's some fanart for Giran the Giras from the ORIGINAL/OG Dragon Ball!

Giran has always been one of my favorite side-characters in the entire DB universe, and with me being the sucker I am for dinosaurs, monsters and dragons, it's no surprise that I fell in love with this character and his design. Giran also has an interesting personality to him. He may be a cunning brute and a bully, but at the same time he's not necessarily evil either! Not to mention also loves eating meat and drinking milk, two of my personal favorite foods, which I can relate to! VEGANS BEWARE!

In Episode 23 "Monster Beast Giran", I loved the bar fight scene against the rude monks all while drinking his cold glass of Calcium/Vitamin D, and it is still one of my favorite scenes in the entire franchise.

Oh yeah, and I almost forgot to mention he's also a playable character in the GBA game Dragon Ball: Advanced Adventure so that's also a bonus!

It's too bad we didn't get to see more of him even after his debut in the original DB series, but I will always love Giran regardless!
