Sure, Halloween may be over (as of the time of posting this artwork), but hey, better late than never, right?

TBH, I've been in a Castlevania mood lately, and here I thought I'd show some love to a rather overlooked/underappreciated game of the franchise.

Despite me growing up with the Game Boy Advance in the early 2000's, I've never even played or heard of Castlevania: Circle of the Moon. Heck, as a kid, I never played a Castlevania game nor have I really fully-appreciated "Metroidvania" game genre like I do now. Here in this day and age when I finally decided to try out this game, boy was I surprised how much I actually enjoyed it!

Yeah, I also played SotN before this game, and while that was also an amazing game, my bias towards the GBA slightly favors this game just a tiny bit more (but that's just me, lol). The DSS/card system was really fun and the bosses were actually challenging! Not to mention the song "Awake " is such a banger (probably one of, if not the best OSTs in the series!). I still can't believe I never grew up with these games. My childhood kinda missed out!

So yeah, here's the main hero of said game drawn in my personal artstyle, Nathan Graves! And yeah, I don't care what anyone says. This game IS canon. CHANGE MY MIND. Anyways, enjoy the fanart here!
