I now present a vector over a year in the making--DER VOLKSWAGEN. The original version of this image was one of those beautiful full-color illustrated car ads from the fifties; I knew as soon as I saw it I wanted to vector it. If anyone else wants to see the original, just ask and I'll post it.

While the time put into this probably doesn't exceed thirty hours, because I would only work on it for very short amounts of time here there, it took a while to finish. I hadn't touched it in over half a year when I resumed work on it several weeks ago.

But it's done now, and that's what matters. Hope you like it!
