haha, i wouldnt say master. but for touch ups, in photoshop, try to learn the stamp tool and the repair tool...well im not sure if it's called the repair tool but it's a little bandaid icon. for adding colour it's a good idea to make the object a complete selection and then using colour balance or hue and saturation (found under image > adjustments) do some tutorials for photo restoration if you can find some too. It's fun. thanks for the comment by the way.
