Description
Posted the sketch for this a while back, I decided to use it to experiment around a bit with applying textures to stuff. I overdid it, but it was a learning experience so I'll do better next time.It's my brothers tough-enough-to-eat-nails-and-shit-bullets 90-something general character, who's about to command her army to go all medieval on yo'asses.

Spot on. Just about how my Granny looked at 89 (without the armor). She'd still chase loose cattle with a broom. No fear in that lady. I miss her.

Haha, my grandmother was less into chasing cattle and more into planning to topple the presidency by fabricating oval office romantic intrigues. At least when she wasn't complaining about how her armor chafed. That was one angry lady.

I think the textures work perfectly on the armor. I love the way that looks. Same with the gloves. I just think the skin texture is off. her skin looks a little stone like.
I was always to scared to mess with textures. I never dabbed in them enough.

Heh, the texture is actually "old leather" I swiped online somewhere. I like the idea of her having a face like an old weathered leather purse, but my execution leaves a little to be desired I suppose.
