What if Simba and Nala befriend Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and their Hyena clan

(The time has come)

Time passes and now the time has come for the return to the Pride Lands. By this point, Simba, Nala, and Mara are fully grown. Zira and Chumvi (one of Simba’s old friends) have married and become mates, and they have had Vitani and Kovu. Simba’s supporters are very happy to see the Lion that Simba has grown up to be. Simba, Nala, Sarabi, Sarafina, Timon, Pumbaa, Zira, Chumvi, Vitani, and Kovu are hanging out together after having just had breakfast together when Zazu appears.

ZAZU: Simba?

SIMBA: (to Zazu) Yes, Zazu?

ZAZU: I hope I’m not interrupting anything important, but King Suko, Queen Kalima, Princess Rhea, and Princess Mara are here, and they want to talk.

SIMBA: Bring them on over.

With that, Suko, Kalima, Mara, and Rhea approach.

SUKO: Our supporters are ready, Simba, including the Jungle Pride.

KALIMA: Rafiki says it is time.

RHEA: There’s no doubt about that you are ready.

MARA: (to Simba) We have grown, and it is time for you to take back what it is yours.

PUMBAA: We all knew that this day would come.

TIMON: The day we return to the Pride Lands.

SARABI: We all have.

SARAFINA: I look forward to seeing our home again.

NALA: I’m just very happy that we have each other, and now that those of us who were Cubs when we came here are now fully grown, the time has indeed come for us to take back what is rightfully ours and Scar will pay for what he did.

SIMBA: Well, no matter how good we think we are, it’s gonna be a tough battle to beat Scar, not to mention along with his loyalists.

CHUMVI: I like your judgment, Simba. I know you’ll lead us well.

RHEA: Such little time remains. Our supporters are waiting.

SIMBA: (to everyone present) Alright, guys, we’ve got a big battle ahead of us. Let’s roll.

And so, Simba, Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, and their Hyena clan, Timon, Pumbaa, Sarabi, Sarafina, Nala, Zira, Nuka, Dotty, the rest of the Pride, Zazu, Shere Khan, Varya, Bagheera, Baloo, Pua and his Crocodile float, the Eagles, the Zebra herd led by the future parents of Muhimu, the Cheetah couple (who are the future parents of Fuli), Basi (who is young at this point) and his Hippo pod, Kubariki and Mlinzi and their Hyena clan, Rafiki, King Suko, Queen Kalima, Princess Rhea, Princess Mara, and the Jungle Pride head off back to the Pride Lands to take down Scar and his loyalists.
