Yet another wonderful commission from my friend (He always have really cool ideas for commissions. Plus birds... I like birds.)
He wanted a cell shaded picture of an athro-skarmory so hopefully I did the original concept justice. I wanted to keep the overall composition look like something I could easily animate granted I did go just a tad overboard on the lighting effects.

I was actually coming up with an idea for a starter fakemon. It’s final evolution is indeed a Fire/Steel type. I think that we should have more of that typing. It’s really cool to think of the themes than can be done with the typing.

Indeed! I'm not sure that this Skarmory has a fire typing persay, though he uses his fingers like flint and steel to create flames and use fire type attacks. Plus he definitely has a fire type resistance for sure!
