There is so much characters like her anyway (well, yeah, who doesn't want to be Alucard's kawaii desu nee waifu?) and everybody has their own opinions about them. I personally think that characters like this don't really support Alucard's character and don't really seem to be fitting into story like Hellsing. Hellsing is not a fucking love story!
Hopefully, this Ian of yours understands this pretty well.

I wouldn't say that. She is improvising ideas that already have been seen in Hellsing fandom and making her to back off doesn't work at all (it has been tried already). Her character is bad-developed (and sounds overly-idealized) and she doesn't even understand that. Once, I was trying to explain her that but she has mistaken me as a "bully". What the heck? I mean, c'mon! What makes a person a bully when the person is telling you to stop acting like an idiot? What is so bad about re-developing character too? I just don't get it. Myself I don't see a problem when person is asking to change my character but to attention-whore with the character? It is a different story. :<

Tumblr-people may sound rude but they are right about mistakes that people give to their OCs. I usually keep this issue personal but I can tell that people don't realize themselves being a little bit to over-reacted towards characters that are done ridiculously "badly". I personally think that they would support creators to make better characters instead of calling them out as simple Sues. People are critical after all and everything that is posted to the net is being criticized, either creators want it or no. I got my OC in their too and I'm okay with that because I can learn more about creating better characters which don't overdo my ideals. I recommend you not to worry about those people. They are good critics but sometimes to act cynical sometimes. It's not that bad.
Myself, I have an idea about running a new OC advise Tumblr about basics to create characters not for blaming them to have so Sueish traits. I think that it would make a better fandom. I have seen a lot of people arguing through their OCs and their personal interests about Hellsing, so it would be better idea to help people to cope in fandom. The thing is that fandom doesn't work in one when people keep fighting over ridiculous things and fulfilling their dirtiest desires (just like Sheila and a couple of others are doing). Hopefully, there will be some success in this project and the fandom would be better than it is now.
Don't worry about Sheila. If she keeps harassing you, then just say that to her face. Don't care if she suddenly goes mad about it. It's her typical childish character. Myself, I can't do anything about her actions. I would appreciate talking to her in but unfortunately, I'm blocked and I can't say anything to her.

Well, it's a common human trait. People are always standing against something because there is nothing else to do but themselves they don't know that they are making hilarious characters.
I can tell what is bad about your OC but I don't use word "Mary Sue" as an excuse. It just doesn't seem to be right when people are not even explaining why other person's character is so bad and what has to be done to change it. I don't do such common mistakes. All characters are bad in the beginning but when creators and critics are working together, they can become even more better characters.
It could be hard when people are doing re-makes alone. It's a big shame when the whole humanity is so obstinate and doesn't help a person who needs some advice and help in doing such simple thing as OC. I just hate these kind of people. :<
