Hmm. This may depend on several things, primarily which continuity. If it's animeverse, it would also depend on which Lugia this is (and if the winner would be pursued by that nut with the now-wrecked airship...and I just realized that doesn't quite narrow it down any more).

Oh fight of the centuary! I wonder how Mewtwo would fair agaist the other legendarys? I would so colour this if I had the time. The phychic attack is almost begging me to add a little of my photoshop FX to it.
