hey, my cousin's birthday is coming up and he wanted me to draw him in front of this very image of pennywise (which is amazing by the way).

if I post it, I was just going to post the part that I drew, and then credit the pennywise image with a separate link. I'm glad I was able to track the image down to your deviantart, as then I could link it to the specific artist ! is that all ok?

wow, looks just like him!
I absolutely loved the book - I read it WAAAY too young - about six/seven years old - and I really enjoyed it, though it gave me nightmares - but then saw the original film years and years later - which totally ruined it. there is only about half of the story in the film - which is crazy, cos the film is hours long - but on the other hand that story is EPIC!
I hope this new film tries to be more like the original, focusing on the kid's lives rather than just the final battle, which in the book took only about ten pages out of the many hundreds that made up the story. like many of Stephen kings works, it is just too big and complex to fit into a three hour movie.... but I will be sure to see it when it comes out on dvd, and be hopeful that this time its directed by someone who actually read the book first!
I love your attention to colour and detail, your technique is great.
