Amrod and Amras.
A quick cel-shaded piece of the twin sons of Feanor. Since canon is contradictory on this, I prefer to go with the version where both twins survive the burning of the ships.
So this scene would take place long after, in Middle-Earth, hence the long faces on Ambarussa. (⌒‿⌒)

Oh, that makes me remember the nasty parts of the story in the lost tales / alternate / earlier versions of the Silmarillion. Yes, when one of them was still on the ships at Helcaraxe...
But generally I think everything went down when the kind-hearted and wise and honest and... everythig positive 
Even though it is quite painful I like the image. How they're sitting there, being all silent and staring nowhere or in the flames with a less than happy mood. Exhausted from the events of the days and resting, lost in thoughts. Also the colours are in good contrast, the mainly blue outfits, their ambarussa-hair, the few flames and the cold looking, nightly forest background.
I had surely wished a better life in Aman for them.

Oh, I agree with you! This is one of the nastier parts of the story. The single reason I dislike the world of Tolkien is because it gets progressively more depressive. At least for the elves and dwarves, and it turns especially sour for the Sons of Feanor. I am not saying they may not deserve most of it, but for heaven's sake, give them break already. LOL.
