Communist gypsies ?! wow, seems like something they would like )))
But a Gypsyland, i don't know, at least in Europe is not possible, basically the only patch of land that can be used for such purpouses would be Kaliningrad (Koenigsberg), the Russian exclave in the Baltics, but i doubt Russia would ever give up that land for any kind of reason !
There probably won't ever be a Gypsy land, either they get assimilated into the European nations they live or India gives them citizenship and gradually they move to India, their ancestral land. I don't know, it's my theory !

They're the last migratory people in Europe, apparently during the 19th Century huge numbers of people from Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania would pack their bags and work their way west working at droving pigs and cows to Vienna or working at the harvests the Vlachs ended up travelling all over Europe reaching as far north as Poland and Germany.

And what exactly is the connexion between Vlachs and Gypsies ? Cose neither culturally, linguistically or ethnically is such a connexion existent !

I am not suggesting that they share a culture with the Vlachs, just pointing out that the gypsies are the last migratory people in Europe not settled down in one State. Once there were many peoples who routinely travelled across Europe like them, Vlachs, Bulgar Shepherds, Serb Pig dealers and pedlars, Sinti travelling jewellers and blacksmith.
Once peoples weren't all put into nice neat govt. files with people staying inside Nation states with their defined language, official culture and heritage.
The distances covered by some of these people are surprising, traveling musicians that ranged from Bulgaria up to Lithuania playing at fairs along the way, Vlachs who wandered from the Romanian lands during Ottoman rule to do harvest work in Austria and Germany & Poland, Serbs who drove cattle up from the Balkan lands to Vienna or Munich or even further.

Romanians aren't gypsies , we are Daco-Latin , stop saying propaganda about the Balkans.
