Haven't submitted anything in a while. Anon requested Cap-tan, and I've been in a Metal Slug mood lately. Combine those two, and you get Cap-tan dressed as Fio.If I still have some art mojo, I might doodle some Metal Slug comics.
I'm surprised that I went and Pen tooled (as opposed to usual, lazy Pencil tool) and colored this.

;_; I love Allen, he's so awesome. He and Fio are my fav characters (but I like Eri's sprite more), and I'm still having trouble deciding if I like Marco, Tarma, or Ralph more.

Reminds me how I have only used Fio in Metal Slug 7 DS. The game is pretty disappointing the fact there is no multiplayer mode and that the game is damn short. Least they kept the original announcer voice which still kept me happy.

It was weird using Pen tool on oekaki, because when I'd clean up the colors that went out of the lineart, the eraser tool is in pencil mode. Didn't want to use white color because it'd make it weird if I wanted to put a background in.
I need to practice with soft colors and pens more.

I don't know which kind of oekaki you were using, but isn't there usually a pixelly eraser too?
Also, lol at Matt leaving longer comments on his own stuff than he does on mine.

That's just it: pixelly eraser doesn't go well with Pen tool colors.

I don't have DS, but I play 1, 2, X, 3, 4, 5, and 6 all the time on my PSP.
My friend got 7 recently though, and I was able to deflower his copy (only got to Mission 4's Boss on Normal Mode before I ran out of credits and my friend had to go to class).
