so put a reference image up for his RWBY OC Shishi, and I thought it had some really cool concepts, and after asking his permission I came up with this: Shishi, brandishing his weapon (of a much more practical size), looking badass with his coat in all its glory. there is however a major problem, I cannot color this, as his coat is a solid black or very dark grey, and such a large area is very tricky to color correctly with colored pencils. (I'm looking at YOU, Khanthus... >.>)

I messed up on the exposed leg and the length of the hand on the sword, but other than that and the eye, (and the sword's trigger... things...) I felt I did pretty darn good on this, considering once I had the idea at freaking midnight from finding a near-perfect waist-up reference image to use, I couldn't fall asleep and sketched it till 3-4AM... all in one sitting, mind you. My poor hand... ah well, better now.

This is the Last Deviation I will upload today, next should be the first question's answer for Matthias' Character Interview, in theory. (once questions build up)
