Despite her looks, she is not actually part Vulpix. She was actually an egg that hatched and was raised by a young Vulpix family, and after having lived with them for a while, she started to adopt their hair and tail characteristics. n.n

It did in fact. n.n It arrived two days ago. However, I was at my mother's place yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to tell you. Btw those peanuts were amazing!!

Ohhh very interesting character. I would have mistaken this as a half eevee and half Vulpix if I didn't read your comment. Though the story behind this sounds new and unique to me, I like it. Tails sure knows how to make characters that's for sure. (:
