The Old Neji would just use his Byakagan to interrogate her. I don't think he want to let out that Neji, I don't think any of us want to see that Neji.

Byakugan can be used for spying and infiltration, doesn't add anything to interrogation. For interrogation best is sharingan.

Relook Neji and Hinata fight, he nearly gave Hinata a panic attack with his byakagan, by noticing every move she made. People make small gestures when they are stress and hiding some, his byakagan will help him see and detect that. Neji was able to notice a difference in Naruto's resolve during his fall, so he could very well interrogate Tenten.

but Hinata wasn't hiding anything was she? Hinata was afraid of her cousin not because he had byakugan, but because he was scaring her altogether...

Yes, but he was able to read her clearly with his Byakagan, meaning she couldn't hide her fear from him as he was able to see every movement she was making. He could do the same to Tenten and identify easy that she is hiding something and could use that for the basis of his interrogation.

But that won't happen, because
1. Tenten is a marksman, and Neji's only weakness can be exploited by a marksman
2. Tenten spent lots of time with Neji in her group, enough to not be scared of him
3. Neji loves Tenten in this fiction so none of that will happen

Well in regards to each
1. Judging by this fiction the only marksman skill Tenten has is the ability to exploit Neji's sensitive spots. Which could be used to distract him from the pressing matter, her crazy bachelorrete party.
2. Neji does not have to scare her, but make her nervous. She knows how awesome Neji's byakagan is as in the chuunin exam she was providing all the commentary in his abilities. He knows he could tell she is hiding something and would instantly know when she is hiding some. I mean if he can tell Tenten is up to something without it, who knows what further insight he would gain with the Byakagan, which is somewhat intimating looking. Neji would see through her deception.
3. Well Yeah, Neji has grown soft, so I doubt he would use his byakagan to intimadate info out of her, but he may not have to, he could simply stalk her. I mean when he was 16 years old he could look at 600-800 meters all around. He is way older, so who knows what his current range is. He could spy on her and she would not even know it, so in hindsight if Neji truely is suspcicious his best move may be to do long distance spying that only Neji can do. I doubt Hinata would be able to detect him as her range is most likely still inferior to Neji's.

He'd make everyone nervous friend or foe, truth teller or false. That depends on the abilities of whom stands against Neji and I think Tenten would have that ability.

Tenten's ability would be exploiting Neji's weakness before he can use his strength, although the spying plot could work better, Tenten would never know. Well until Neji pops in to try and ruin the fun. Even though I doubt Matt would have Neji do that.
