i think Naruto needs a hard time again like he had as rukoro( i dont remember the real name) was in him. I loved that time. My idea would be that everyone get so bad hurt that naruto make a deal with the fox that when he save everyone Naruto will give his body to the kyuubi in a year. (i dont know if someone understand this because i am not so good at english)
