Change can also bring the greatest pain, and most unimaginable catastrophes along with it. Taking the good and the bad. But all things considered, I accepted long ago that I must accept the existence of both, without shutting them both out. Do not "bottle", so much as "learn to weep in solitude". If I have no one to direct the release at, then I can safely open that valve which keeps the feelings otherwise deeply sealed within myself.
They're called "personal issues" for a REASON; I should at least ATTEMPT to fix them myself, if not outright succeed at that.
