People say killing Jedi is hard. It's not. No blaster, no getting close to them, no attacking them directly when you can gun down their allies instead. There's ways of gassing them, drugging them, torturing them. I was really good at it.

When fighting a Jedi, you wound the Padawan first, then let the rest take care of itself. Not only will the master move to protect the student but the Force bond between them will mess up the master's head more than any stab-wound.

If there's no Padawan, start shooting innocents-not to kill, just enough so that they're gonna die unless the Jedi does something to save them. And if their Jedi is stupid enough to use their Makashi lightsaber form against you, start shooting as fast as you can and drop them while they're exposed. Set mines, set a lot of them. Fire gas grenades,  but make sure they have magnetic lock targetters so Jedi can't Force Push them back.

It's hard for Jedi to know what you're really thinking if you show up walls of strong emotions and feeling. Lust, impatience, cowardice, most Jedi awareness doesn't cruise beyond the surface levels to see what's deeper.

Select grenades, sonic screamers, cluster rockets, and plasma charges. Mines are also effective, since many Jedi will run to meet you in hand to hand combat.
Gas attacks are effective if you can take Jedi by surprise, inhalation is less effective than ones that who work on skin contact, as some Jedi seem able to hold their breath for a long periods of time. Still don't rely on it. since Jedi can fight off the effects, it just distracts them, leaving them open to another avenue of attack.
Do not forget to active any energy shields you possess. Lightsaber, while powerful, have trouble penetrating most military issue energy shields.

Countering their Force power is difficult but many of them require that the Jedi know you are there, and can see you you. Thus sniping and using cover are always advantageous.
Kill their allies, or place them in jeopardy. Many Jedi will leave themselves exposed in order to protect another.

Overwhelming odds is also a good tactic. There are few Jedi who can hold their ground against a hundred attackers all firing at once... or being turned on by their own troops. But the most effective weapon against Jedi seems to be the erosion of the spirit. When a Jedi or any soldier, suffers doubt, it weakens them. With the Jedi however it more pronounced, since they are extreme examples.

also a classic:

metal projectiles, if a Jedi tries to deflect it like a blaster it won't vaporise but melt and keep flying.

right into the Jedi. While thousands of degrees hot.

This demonstrates my favorite thing about Star Wars lore; explosives beat Jedi.

Well, that feels like a Boba Fett move.

well, Boba did successfully hunt his share of Jedi

and is nothing if not utterly pragmatic and prepared

if by "his share," you mean one. I even checked Wookieepedia.

Boba Fett's only ever got the better of two Force-users (though admittedly, one of those was Vader), captured one, and killed NONE.

It's honestly a bit disappointing.

huh, I do remember a comic (might be non-canon now) where Vader and Boba Fett clashed, with Boba pulling out and using a Light Saber to block Vader's

while claiming that Vader is not the only now with expirience in hunting Jedi.

between that, his Clone Wars story-arc and him being a badass will to do jobs for the empire, I thought his kill count for Jedi would be high

perhaps I should amend that to say that we've only ever SEEN him do what I listed. It's possible that he has killed Jedi, we've just never been shown him doing it, in NuCanon or Legends.
Granted, we've seen him fight Jedi and survive, which is more than most can claim, but he never fought them to the death, and a few times (such as in the game Jedi Academy) he was just there to stop the Jedi from accomplishing an objective and just left after he either failed to stop them, they gave up, or the objective was time-sensitive and he delayed them long enough that it didn't matter anymore.

He's still a badass who can go toe-to-toe with Force-users, he's just not the uber-badass that Fanon likes to paint him as. He's basically the Chuck Norris of Star Wars.
