My name is Ceilidh
I am a shield maiden of the Children of Fenris. Trained by the warriors of the clan in the berserker arts, I make my rage my sword, my anger my shield. Trapped in the blood rage, I am invincible. Axe and shield are my warp and weft, the battleground my hearth, the shield wall my parlor. I am the she-wolf of the North, kin to the Walkure, the battle maidens who carry the souls of the dead to the afterlife. I am forged in the flames of battle, tempered by the bitter winters. Gaze into my eyes and you will gaze into the chill of ten thousand bitter snows that have frozen my heart, encased it in an armor of ice.
I am Ceilidh, the shield maiden of the Children of Fenris, and I am your death.
