Just a little picture of Yippee. Nothing more.

He's from an H-B cartoon called Yippee Yappee and Yahooey, which was a segment in the Peter Potamus series along with Sneezley and Breezley. I remember seeing a lot of these cartoons on Boomerang in their Boomerang Zoo block back in middle school. I think that segment was where I first saw Loopy de Loop. Funny thing is, Loopy only came on once when I watched that channel, and didn't appear again from what I remember. But there've been more recordings of that cartoon from that channel on the internet, thankfully, plus a DVD release.
