Sidekick to the heroine Ms Shade, Phoebe has always wanted to be a hero. She loved reading up on the various superheroes of the world. It gave her the confidence to weather the hardships of her life. Phoebe grew up in a struggling family who lived paycheck to paycheck. Her parents did their best to make sure she had a good life and would not starve. They also wanted her to go to college so she could have a chance at a better life. As she grew older, Phoebe began to share this dream as well, wanting to go into law enforcement as a CSI technician. She saw it as a chance to help and bring criminals to justice. However the family couldn't afford the school she wanted and she couldn't get a good enough scholarship for it.So she decided to get a job and save up money. It was tough but she persisted, remembering the stories of all the heroes who preserved through so many challenges. One day at their job, she heard that one of her fellow employees and friends was missing. The police were investigating but had no leads. Worried for her friend, Phoebe began her own investigation. She remembered that her friend had a brochure for a massage parlor with a questionable reputation. Thanks to some stealth and cunning. She managed to sneak into the parlor. There she discovered her friend and other women were being used in a sex trafficking operation. Phoebe found her friend and tried to escape. Unfortunately they were discovered and were taken to the boss. He would have had them killed if not for the intervention of Ms Shade and other heroes. In the Chaos, Phoebe got her friend out but went back in to help stop the gang. Ms Shade was fighting the boss who had a chance to kill the heroine. THankfully Phoebe got back in time and prevented him from striking the killer blow. Together the two women managed to beat the boss and brought him and his gang to justice. As the gang was taken by the police, Ms, Shade took Phoebe aside to talk to her. While she did scold her for her recklessness, she also thanked her for her help and that she was a brave woman. It was there Phoebe asked to become Ms shades sidekick. While the older Heroine was hesitant, she could tell that Phoebe had the drive to be a hero and that refusing her wouldn’t deter her. So she agreed and Phoebe began her training. Ms. Shade also helped pay for her education. Once she was ready, she emerged as the rookie heroine, the scarlet Dancer. The new heroic Duo of Union city was here and Phoebe was ready to begin her career as a heroine.

Personality

    In contrast to her mentor, Phoebe is an energetic and quippy woman. She tends to rush into fights and not think things through. That can leave her in trouble but also makes her unpredictable to her foes. Phoebe prefers to think on her feet and improvise which can be stressful to her mentor. She also likes to cut loose and have fun, often doing sports like gymnastics and parkour. While this gives the image of a fun loving slacker, Phoebe is dedicated to her college dreams. She works hard and takes her work seriously. She will also do whatever she can to save the innocent, not one to give up on people. Phoebe can be pretty stubborn and can be tough to talk down once she sets her mind to something. She also tries to help her mentor cut loose and find love, wanting to help her as she did the same thing for her. Still she's a rookie and she has a lot to learn about being a heroine.

Powers and Abilities

   While Still a rookie, Phoebe is still a tough fighter. Using her natural athleticism, she's able to be quite fast and agile in a fight. Shes proficient taekwondo user though is still learning it along with many styles. She's also a great investigator, able to use her CSI knowledge to find criminals. Phoebe is a normal human and can be killed by conventional weapons if she isnt careful.
