     Yuiji never knew where he came from. To his knowledge, he was always in the foster system. Some believed he was the result of an affair but no one knew for sure. He was picked on due to his quiet nature which led to him getting into more fights. This resulted in him holding a lot of anger which didn't help his case for adoption. He went through a few foster families who either couldn't understand his issues or treated him like shit. He even began getting into trouble with the law, with his social worker believing he’d end up in jail if he wasnt careful. Yuiji developed a cynical view on people from all this. He eventually found a permanent home when he was 14. A man named Marcus Thorne felt he needed a chance and someone to help him. The primary way he did this was by teaching him martial arts. Took some time as Yuiji was pretty combative and his anger meant he didn't take the lessons to heart. Though Marcus' patience and teachings did eventually help him start to control his anger and gave him the drive to find a goal in life. By the time he was in his early twenties, he was able to find work as a martial arts trainer at his local MMA gym. While he had gotten better, hsi anger and aloofness did make him hard to be around. So he only had one friend and even then he kept her at arms length due to his inability to open up. Yuiji also wanted to find out where he came from and he had a feeling his foster father knew the truth somehow. Little did he know that he would be getting a chance to find out… it just would be in the most unexpected way.

  Personality

   Yuiji is a serious and aloof young man. He tends to keep to himself in his daily life. He only really engages with his adopted father and one friend. His cynicism means he often doubts others intentions and often assumes the worst of people. Anger is a constant enemy of his as he often has to control it when dealing with people he dislikes or with scumbags. That temper of his can lead to him making big mistakes. Underneath all that though, is a good heart that cares for the people around him. Yuiji is afraid of letting that out as he hears what could happen. Yuiji is a perceptive man, often able to pick up on weaknesses in technique and people. He is able to use this to his advantage in a fight. However he does not cheat as he has a strong sense of honor and fair play.
