This Star Trek pic is based off from the episode "The Man Trap"

Spock was badly injured as he's in the sickbay. Apparently Spock tried to stop the Buffalo creature that was impersonating Dr. McCoy and it killed Professor Crater. Jim and Janice went to the sickbay and were glad to see their friend Spock was alright but he was bleeding on his face since the creature attacked him. Jim must get to Dr. McCoy fast while Janice stays in the sickbay with Spock and the guards so that she can be protected. Jim must warn Dr. McCoy that the Buffalo creature is impersonating anyone including Dr. McCoy's ex-girlfriend Nancy which she was Crater's wife after she was killed by the Buffalo years ago.
