I see here a hunger of the consrictor snake, that already fullfiled with a something inside, the earthworm's fluid motion and a three stages of the and asphixia - scream and fight from above, the blind defeat on the middle and the motionless death at the bottom. May be something around of that was a flight of your thoughts.

Actually I didn't. There are a small handful of pieces that I consciously invoke Giger for. Maybe this one was subconscious.
