I like the way that the character's skin on it's foot is rolled up, it makes the way it stands seem more real ^-^. For some reason , I can't stop imaging hanging a laundry line between each two horizontal adjacent branches, and using it to dry clothes , I'm so sorry xD

What type of paper do you use, I really like the texture

I can't remember the brand unfortunately, it's a brown toned paper that most art stores carry.

I like how this creature has this peculiarly human quality to it, and then combines it with the back-spines and tail. It's bulkiness somehow helps enforce its feel of inhumanity (perhaps toΒ how a heavy frame brings animalistic associations with it more than light ones?)Β The face reminds of a mix of spider and human.
