My character ScΓ‘th Leamhan once again.Actually this one was meant to be a lighting test but somehow I got totally distracted with this guy. While this scene looks so simple, it actually took forever until I was happy with the result. However, I love it, when pictures just "happen" and are not planned.Β

Ah, the simple scenes are usually the hardest ones to make - you don't have a multitude of details to distract the eye, so what it does see, must be perfect at both the first glance, and then under further scrutiny.
And damn me, he sure IS perfect.

The darker lighting with the blue rim lighting and the blue pollen fleck really suit this guy.
I love the simplistic elements of his belt too: a length of leather cord and a roughly hewn
piece of metal (or bone!) and he's good to go! DYI clothing when you're dungeon crawling!
