Autodesk Maya 2009Adobe Photoshop CS3
A composition I did for the Porta-Hut model. Overall I really like how it came out, even in low poly. I'd like to do a high res version of the model someday among other things but someday doesn't come often. Some digital painting, some effects and comp editing, layering of render passes, lighting, etc. I wanted to do something other than just show the model. I still want to do more with it later so maybe by the end of the term, I'll have another shot of it. We'll see.

Very creative work, thatβs an exceptionally good skill to have. If I was to give any advice, (not that I deserve to), I would say that your work needs more character/emotion.

Excellent, love it, it somehow reminds me of "Howls Moving Castle"

In my mind, it's more of a nod to Laputa from Castle in the Sky but in general I tend to think of Miyazaki when I see it.
