Another commission forThis is Ryoga Hibiki using his Shi Shi Hokodan/Lion Roar Bullet/ Depression Wave. Basically a misused move for miners, he focuses his chi of depression, sending it up into the air and emptying himself. Then the chi comes crashing down back to the user, who is unaffected using apathy.

That pretty much sums it up right there. You did a good job drawing him and the rest of those characters. If Inuyasha can come back this fall then why can't Ranma 1/2. I'm not talking about OVA I'm talking about the anime series that they never finished up. If DBZ, FMA, Inuyasha can come back then why can't Ranma 1/2.
