i actually do my infrared with my digital... depending on your camera.. you just need a 40$ filter... the film is a pain in the ass and very costly...
thanks for your comment..
what camera you using?

I see you've taken a liking to infrared...that's what I like to see. It is definitely a fun way to look at things in a different way. What filter are you using to create the effects, because that would definitely be much more cost-effective than ordering the film, paying for shipping, and then praying that everything turns out OK. Great shot.

i use my digital.. and i bought a hoya innfrared filter #72.... my digital has a "nightshot" setting and you just pop the filter on and make sure the camera is on a tripod... you REALLY hsould get a digital camera..... saves money in the long run...

Agreed on the digital camera. We just got a Fuji S2 here at work to replace our D1 because we've been doing so much photography for brochures, and the image quality has improved tremendously with the digital SLR's. What I like is that the image size on the S2 is 9x14 at 100%, so you are able to capture more detail than a 35mm. Now I just need to find a way to save up a few thousand bucks.

Feels like a weird trip, brings me memories of waking up dizzy in Athens to Thessaloniki trains.
Great work, keep this up!
Sino.
