Description One of the scenes I wanted to see in PotC 4 was the mermaid slap scene between Jack & the mermaid Marina. They obviously had a history and I was intrigued by it, where did it all go wrong between them? So I drew a pic of them in happier times to coinside with the whitecap bay group contest [link] created by P-Dawg [link] and to go with my story I wrote about the mermaids of Whitecap Bay [link] . So here is Jack teaching Marina the joys of rum, was just a quick drawing hope you like it anyway.

I have seen the scene of Marina in the trailer.. it was very funny.. but I whished to see it in the movie but.. Well done!!!

she is the mermaid who slaps Jack in the deleted scene from on stranger tides, it was only shown in the trailer.

Yes another person discovered Marina x Jack. I so love this couple just for the intrigue.

Same it would be an intriguing tail to hear hehe. You should enter the contest and draw your own Jack x Marina

Yeah I will. I've drawn Marina a lot since I've heard about her. I'm going to scan something and redraw it.

I really like this. I can't draw mermaids to save my life; and I agree, I would gave loved to see some of their story. I also noticed that the Mermaid's name was Marina, which is my name as well. xD
