Light color and sketch of the Skele-Squad from MafiaTale (God I love that AU). Personally, I think this is how they would look like, but there's many takes out there on how monsters are organized in that universe.

The Assassin: Gaster works quickly and stealthily, leaving no trail behind and no evidence of his presence. He doesn't talk unless under extreme circumstances, he's the leader of the gang and is very proud of his boys. He's mysterious, deadly and he works alone, never taking any of his sons with him on his missions.

The Hitman: Sans is clever, sly and a master escapist, managing to sneak in and out of places in ways that no one ever manages to figure out. He knows how to cover his tracks and always stays on guard, taking advantage of his height at any time he can. He never says more than he needs to say and can give the impression of a lazy, laid-back person, but if you get into a fight with him you're as good as dead.

The Sniper: Papyrus is usually the one that stays put, either guarding the hideout or dealing with business over the phone. He aspires to be an undercover spy in the police force, so his brother arranged things so that he could train under the supervision of the captain herself. His father knows he is too innocent and kind-hearted to ever undergo any actual spy missions, but at least he's smart enough not to give their little group away. He can be loud at times (a dead giveaway), but he has impeccable aim with a gun and can wield a crowbar like a sword if need be, so he often proves useful to have around.

Gaster has the least info because we know so little about him from Toby, and Papyrus has the most info because we get to see him almost throughout the entire game: he joins you in every puzzle from Snowdin, Sans talks about him all the time, you go with him to see Undyne and he calls you to go to Alphys' Lab after you beat Flowey.
MafiaTale is one of those AU's you can't forget about.
