In all seriousness, though, taking pictures of my plushies has always been one of the most frustrating parts of the creation process. I finally have the thing together, but trying to find a good angle/lighting/backdrop/getting all that together while still having the fabric smoothed down? Nope. Too much. Can't do it. (I know that the photos make him look brown, but I promise he's orange.)

Anywho, the plush itself actually came together reasonably well. It was nice having a break from drawing commissions to work on a plush (not that I mind the drawing commissions, of course. But variety is nice).

I'd normally do hand embroidery for the eyes and mouth but we decided to do applique for a few reasons, one of which being that it's sturdier over time. (The pieces were larger and simple as well, so it was easier than, say, a Pony eye would be, which has gradients and roughly five colours each.)

I needed to rush to get this done at a time when my hands weren't covered in ink. Anyone who knows me knows that's a very small time frame.

My first plush from the new generation! (I've been restraining myself from making a Snom for myself, because I know once I make one I'll have a pattern and suddenly be drowning in a Snom army.)

Still two commission slots left open! Inbox me if interested!

Stands at 13" (without the ears; ears bring him up to around 19") and is made entirely from minky.
