An older piece of one of my favourite CT3 pairings. Azalea Rosier and Harold (The artist formerly known as Chopper) I love how different they are, how absolutely unlikely their relationship would be but how it flourished anyway. And Azalea did something that no one could have expected. I still sometimes think about stories the subordinates tell of Azalea the seductress and that always just totally kills me.Azalea belongs to GingiberiStudio

Wow.
First of all, I love this dynamic. I love the way the two of them are side-by-side and you can clearly see their core personality in just their stance and background; Azalea is bright, open and relaxed, while Harold has a more retrained and tense posture. They compliment each other very well, and the background is a nice contrast to their "alignment", so to speak, as well as their personalities in general. Azalea is a warm ray of sunshine, while Harold is cold and brooding. But when they look each other in the eyes, the smiles just give away what they feel for each other and that makes me so happy.
Secondly, your coloring is AMAZING. Background details aside, I can clearly see Azalea's wonderful freckles, the textures of her outfit that give it the distinct look of different fabrics, Harold's markings looks great and almost kinda creepy as it looks like streaks of blood which gives off his once sinister nature - his skin and shading in general has a more ashen look in comparison to Azalea's lively and warm color. It's a beautiful contrast. Your coloring has always been very distinctive and given layers to your drawing, which I really envy because my coloring still needs work and to not look like its all one texture. So wonderful.
And lastly, thank you so much for this. I remember seeing the sketch long ago, and to see it completely colored? Its amazing and I love it so much. This is great. And it makes me so happy to know you enjoy their pairing and dynamic. So thank you.

I have always been interested in Chopper's design. Its been so long since I paid attention to CT3 or any of them really. I have forgotten a lot of the details. But this is really nice! I love the cut like marks all over his body! and the dynamics of the background! where it is obviously brighter behind Azalea and darker behind Chopper... this is a really nice piece!
