Well, there's something called "thumb code"...you can find it on the right side of page for every deviation, under "share" section. Just copy/paste the code into comment and that's it
As for the name as a link, you write it between two colon and add prefix dev to it...it's like this, without the star (I write with star, so you could see it) :*devspacejunk12: Remove the star (there should be no space between the colon and dev) and that's it. If you wish to add someone's icon instead only the name, you just replace "dev" with "icon" (:*iconspacejunk12: again, remove the star
