⚜ Story: Ruby..A voice called in the distance and she opened her eyes. Her mind was blurry and blank. Slowly she realised that she was somewhere in the middle of the but safe. How she got here, she doesn't know. She did try to think back of what had actually happened to her in the first place but the only thing she knew was the name 'Ruby'. When she was going to get up, she got a shocked when a man in his mid-thirties suddenly appeared at a nearby bush and called out for her. Realising that the man had no intention to hurt her, she let him introduce himself. The man was named Ryan Merryweather, an archer hunter and was from the Guardians. Without any hesitation, the hunter offered her home and teach her as his apprentice. With nowhere to go, she gladly accepted the offer and followed him home.

Ryan gave her knowledge and history about the land they are on now and about the Guardians and how they protect the world from the evils. Ruby was keen on knowing more on them. While in training, Ryan was impressed over her fast-learning ability even though she was sometimes clumsy over her training. Few months later, Ryan finally told her that she could join the Guardians when he felt that Ruby had enough experience as a hunter. Ruby was in fact happy that she can join him during quests and not staying at home all by herself when he was out.

One day, when they were in the progress of doing their quest, they got attacked by unknown but powerful monster. Both of them sustained injuries and Ryan had to force Ruby to run back and get help. After a moments of promising, Ruby was finally got convinced. But when she came back with a group of members, its was already too late. Ryan was ripped apart, dead and the monster that they were attacked was already gone. She felt sick after the smell of blood that engrave the nightmare into her memory.

All alone by herself in the rain. That nightmare had constantly haunt her and she knew he was already gone. She wished that this is all a dream until someone in his mid-twenties saw her in her condition. The guy who named Tristan and also from the Guardians offered her a warm meal and she gladly accepted without a word. Its been a few days after the death of Ryan and she went through her days with no shelter and only water. Once she had told him about the passing of her love one and no where to stay, the guy warmly offered home with him since he had nothing to take care of. Ruby had no choice but to accept it as she could feel the same warmth of Ryan from him.

A few weeks after Tristan taken her under his wing and with his support and comfort, she can finally stand up from her nightmares and able to work the duty as a hunter to protect the world, just like Ryan.
