Here's a picture of a few chocolate chunk cookies ready to put in the oven.Ok, I know I've done this a few times already, and you're all most probably getting bored of seeing these... haha, but I'm posting these anyways!
So, anyways, today I was commissioned by *Meikiana for these earrings and something with owls (which I'm still trying to figure out haha!!)
I changed my technique this time, I think it looks more realistic.

The chocolate chunks look more real, I think it's because they look "cut", with angles, and not completely round. Also, as *Ember-Eyes said, they look more embedded. Nicely done
The chocolate chunks are a bit too big for my liking, but I guess that's just because I prefer chocolate chips

It definitely is. I can see a lot of improvement from your earlier ones. The old ones are cute, but these ones are just plain WOW. And they look 100% more real - I think it has something to do with the way the chocolate chunks are slightly more embedded into the cookie than the ones on the older ones are. And the color of the cookie "dough" itself looks exactly like the real stuff. Haha, I am totally in love with these if you can't tell.

It's funny because the only thing I really changed about my technique is that I used to put it all together and then texture the cookies.
Now I texture the cookies before putting in the chocolate chunks..
