This cookie was made (along with others) for the Japan Earthquake Fundraiser being held in my city. I volunteered to donate some baked goods to raise money for the cause.These were made with milk chocolate chip cookies. I know most people use semi-sweet but I'm a huge fan of milk chocolate, so that's what I try to use. I know It's not as healthy as the 70% dark but BLEH! Just looking at this picture now makes me want to make more. I'm sure I will this week. My husband ate most of the samples within a few minutes (and this guy is NOT a fan of deserts!)
