I was born and raised in Japan, but I didn't truly appreciate what this small country offers until I left japan about 20 years ago. I'm very glad you enjoyed my photos... and really hope you will go and visit Nippon someday!

No, I haven't... Himeji castle was the first Japanese castle I've ever visited.
Awwww, why didn't I visit those beautiful places in Japan when I lived there?

Gifu is next to Kyoto... very beautiful part of Japan. Do you know the site called "japan-guide.com"? You should check it out if you are interested in Japan. It's very informative, useful, and the information they have is quite accurate. [link]
