Description
One of my personal favorites in the Showa era riders(along with Kamen Rider Black), Amazon is one of the most unique Riders around. Here he is with my personal take on his look.

You seem to be fascinated with the lithographic look, currently. It does have an interesting texture. However, the soft grading blends everything together on the same plane. You need some definite contrasts to make things pop - hard blacks, clean white spaces, and separate gray areas - instead of this monotone gray.
One way to approach it if you don't want to mess with the figure is to create these contrasts within a larger context using a backdrop of black. Even then, you will need to separate the gray and white a little in the figure, and spot the blacks harder.
