You know, Nightwing and Poison Ivy being out of focus really isn't a problem. The perspective of this pic, is that it's an eye-view piece. It's as if the viewer is actually standing behind Artemis. If their eyes are focused on Zatanna, then everything in the background will be out of focus.
The only thing that would make it better, would be to put the Glamour Charm in Zatanna's hands, as if she noticed "Tigress" wearing it, and ripped it off, and that's what led to this "discovery."

Oh, ahaha, this was based off a headcanon in which Zatanna was suspicious of Nightwing's reasons for having the glamour charm, and made it so that she could see through it too.

That version works too. Even though they were, and pretty much still are involved with each other, Zatanna's not dumb. He's the first kid Batman trained, so Zatanna knows that creating deceptions (like Artemis's death, and Kaldur's betrayal) would be acceptable options for Dick to take.

I think you need to work a little on anatomy of Nightwing and Poison Ivy (?) in the background though, they're very straight and stick-ish.
