Buddy...i cant believe the amazing job u did on this one! I've known Joh for a long time, and he's an amazing artist but i've always wanted to see more "mainstream" from him. U really did that with these 2 pages. Incredible. (Joh, u da man still!!)

i must say i dont liked the lineart as i have seen them on his account. now with your colors it looks great. never thought it would change so much even when you used a "simple" style.

Haha yeah. Joh's lineart can be very hard to translate at times. one of the things I've commented on his work. Hes got alot of motion, and action. But it often gets lost in uncontrolled use of black and white space.
That was specifically something I was trying to address when coloring these pages. I put alot of effort into trying to "mainstream" them a bit and make them easily readable.

Joh was sending some pages to a DC editor, and wanted some color on the to show the final package as it were. so, nothing specific. just a, "look at what we can do for you".
