A weapon I drew up for my campaign that I drew recently, the sceptre created by the black dragon Xolithar. This enchanted sceptre is defined by three golden snakes that intertwine to form the body and a polished Onyx is held between their jaws. It has several dangerous powers such as spraying acid, summoning a massive serpent, and poisoning a target by uttering a word while pointing the sceptre at a victim.
